Returns & Warranty

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original condition with all accessories, packaging, and manuals included.  The phones and tablets must be in factory settings.  

2. Return Process
  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at hazel@mobilespyke.com within 45 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, include all original packaging, and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Ship the device to:

3. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Mobile Spyke are covered by our free 90-day guarantee, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers hardware defects.

4. Warranty Claims

If your product is faulty or becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at help@mobilespyke.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will assist you with the warranty claim, including repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

5. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
  • Wear and tear due to normal use.
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
6. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error. For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, or fees are also the responsibility of the customer.

7. Inspection and Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or warranty claim within 7 business days.
